Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories included and has been purchased within the last 30 days.

  Submit an RMA Request

  Contact our support team through the Hak5 help center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Securely Package Your Gear

  Pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange device within 5-7 business days.
