How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and selected carrier. Please note that customs processing in your country may extend this timeframe.
What is your return policy for open-box gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Gear must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that certain software-integrated tools may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you provide technical support for WiFi Pineapple or USB Rubber Ducky?
Yes, we provide extensive documentation via our official documentation portal and community forums. For hardware defects, our technical support team is available to assist via email.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
